Jim Loquai, CRPS^®, AIF^® - originally from Owatonna, MN, Jim is a Summa Cum Laude graduate of Mankato State University.  Jim is an expert in retirement plans and has more than 20 years of business experience.  Prior to joining Excel Financial, Jim was a Senior Vice President with ACS, Inc., a Fortune 500 company headquartered in Dallas, Texas.  Jim and Julie have been married for 27 years and have 3 dogs.

John Loquai - originally from Red Wing, MN, John is a recent graduate of the University of Utah’s David Eccles School of Business with a bachelor’s degree in Finance. During his time at Utah he was a member of the United States National Speed Skating Team and competed in the 2006 US Olympic Trials and 2006-2007 Essent World Cup Speed Skating Circuit. John and Mia are newlyweds and reside in Hastings, MN.

Tom Loquai - originally from Kasson, MN, Tom is a graduate of South Dakota State University and has been working in and with small businesses for the past 30 years. His business experience includes being the President of Purup NA, a Lego Company and Alphagraphics Group, Inc. He has been involved in many local activities and projects including Red Wing School Board, coaching youth athletics and teaching Sunday School. Tom and Sharon have been married for 40 years and have 4 adult children and 5 grandchildren.

Jim Long, CPA - originally from Allegany, New York, Jim has been a resident of Denver, CO for 35 years and graduated Cum Laude from St. Bonaventure University with a BBA in Management. Jim started his professional accounting career with Ernst & Ernst (now Ernst & Young) and has 36 years of accounting and business experience in serving and owning small businesses. Jim is currently the CEO of Red Wing Software, Inc. an accounting and payroll software Company serving over 15,000 customers nationwide. Jim is active in non-profit organizations and is currently a Board member and Treasurer of one. Jim and Patty have been married for 37 years and have two adult children and two grandchildren.

John P Moran, CPA/ABV-Accredited Business Valuator, CVA-Certified Valuation Analyst, CMA-Certified Management Accountant - a Denver, Colorado native with 30 plus years as a professional accountant in a wide array of businesses (professional services, metal fabrication, wholesale distribution, telecommunications, and private equity acquisition and management).  John graduated from the University of Notre Dame, BBA (Accounting), and holds masters degrees from the University of Denver (Masters in Taxation), and the University of Colorado, Denver (Masters in Finance).  John specializes in small business providing tax planning, value assessment and creation, and investment management to business owners.  John and his wife Kristi (of 20 years) have two teenagers, and he enjoys the challenges of parenting, as well as serving on the boards of two local community non-profit organizations, including the chairmanship of one of the organizations.
